She Sends Uplifted Coaching

Hone your ride skills this February on the She Sends Prep Camp with Adrenalin Uplift at Innerleithen and Glentress. Let local legend Jess Stone build your confidence whilst in the company of other ladies looking to progress their riding abilities to cope with varied trail levels, helping you progress to prepare you for the next She Sends Weekend!

How it will look

A course tailored to meet your needs over a four week period of one day sessions! Starting by working on skill sets to achieve progression in body position, cornering and braking using red, then black routes at Glentress trails to consolidate the skill sets.

The following week you will be moving to use the uplift at Innerleithen (saving that energy for ride practise) and will consist of using skills learned in week 1 on trails such as the Tunnel, Luge and Angry Sheep, sessioning different parts of each track , then continuing on to full laps. Finish the following 2 week sessions by putting it all together, adding in line choices to gain progression on different Innerleithen trails.

Meet your coach

Jess Stone started her Downhill riding career in September 2007 only one year later becoming the Junior National DH Champion 2008. By 2010 she was the Elite National DH Champion. She was also Scottish Novice boxing Champion in 2015, so best not to mess with her! More recently Jess became Scottish Enduro Champion and Tweedlove Queen of the Hill 2019. More importantly, she is an incredible coach and an inspiration to all Mountain bikers!

Tips on what to bring

We recommend participants to bring big smiles, have a fully working bike, knee pads are obligatory, elbow pads recommended, a helmet to ruin your hair (full face recommended), hydration pack with water, snacks and any medical supplies you may require like an inhaler!
